Shell Shack Returns
Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 14 calendar days of the order shipment date. Original tags must be attached. After 14 days, your order is no longer eligible for refund or exchange.
Your Receipt and/or Proof of Purchase is required to complete a return or exchange.
This policy applies to Shell Shack purchases only. Our policy for custom made-to-order items purchased from can be viewed [here].
Please note: Ali & Ariel is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

We will email you once your return has been processed & approved. Approved refunds will receive credit applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Used merchandise will not be approved for refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method (such as FedEx or UPS) for returns. Ali & Ariel is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
