We're in the office Monday - Friday, from 9am - 5pm MST. We typically respond to most inquiries within 24 - 48 hours (on business days only).

Need to cancel an order or make an adjustment? Please email or give us a call right away, have your order number ready! We will do our best to help. Once an item leaves our warehouse, we aren't able to make any changes... we move quickly to get items on their way to you!

Shipping FAQ:

  • Made to Order items take up to 7 business days to process before shipping (shipping time is additional). These items are clearly labelled. If you have a strict delivery date, please allow enough time!
  • We do not suggest Made to Order items for strict delivery dates, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for these items.
  • Orders placed after 10am MST on Friday will process the following Monday.
  • Expedited orders will be shipped the next business day after they are received.
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit. Expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
  • We're not responsible for USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping delays.
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
  • Items are not delivered on weekends.
  • FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes... a valid street address is required!


Helpful Notes!

  • All items are FINAL SALE. 
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days.
  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender... check that info twice!
  • You are responsible for selecting the correct items at checkout. 
  • Received a damaged product? Ahh, we're sorry. See our "Damaged Items" section below!
  • Please handle your products with care! Damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility.

Shell Shack Returns

All of our items are produced with extra love & care, just for you! All items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged.

Please review your purchase carefully before ordering, and refer to our Size Chart. Our Size Charts can be found on each product page. All photos shown on our models include the size she's wearing as well! We're happy to answer any questions about size or fit before ordering... email us or give us a call!


Damaged Items

If your item has a quality issue or is otherwise damaged or incorrect, we are more than happy to fix it for you! Defective items that are unworn and unwashed must be reported to us within 10 business days of your delivery date.

Before sending back a damaged item, please email us [] referencing your Order Number in the Subject Line.

Sorry, unauthorized returns will be refused.

We will email you once your damaged item return has been processed. Approved refunds will receive credit applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Made to Order Items

Made to Order items refer to items on Shell Shack that are not created until the customer has completed their purchase. These items are clearly labelled in the item description. The order is then printed and shipped within 7 business days. Shipping time is additional. We advise you not to order Made to Order items if you have a strict due date. 

The same Return Policy applies to our Made to Order items. Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering!


Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If you receive a damaged Sale item, please email us:

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

You will receive an email confirmation from us when a refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to post. You may also contact your card provider for further assistance.
